Regional partnership gives resellers, MSPs and enterprises access to fully-agentic, human-led security operations through ectacom’s established cybersecurity channel ecosystem
SARASOTA, Fla. and MUNICH, Germany — Sept. 14, 2026 — TENEX, a fully-agentic, human-led security operations provider, and ectacom, a business development distributor specializing in complex cybersecurity and OT/IoT security technologies, today announced a strategic distribution partnership serving Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH), as well as Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).
Through the partnership, regional resellers, systems integrators, managed service providers and managed security service providers can now bring TENEX’s fully-agentic approach to security operations to organizations across DACH and CEE. ectacom will provide the local market expertise, technical enablement, proof-of-concept support, training and business development resources needed to help partners introduce, deploy and scale TENEX across the region.
TENEX works inside customers’ existing security investments, including Google SecOps and Microsoft Sentinel, without requiring sensor replacement, detection rewrites or data migration. Its fully-agentic SecOps platform investigates threats and alerts at machine speed and scale, while experienced human analysts provide oversight, judgment and accountability for critical decisions. This model helps enterprise security teams adopt fully-agentic, modern defenses, expand SOC coverage, reduce analyst fatigue and accelerate response without adding operational complexity.
The agreement marks TENEX’s first business development and distribution partnership across DACH and CEE and advances the company’s broader global expansion strategy. TENEX also expands ectacom’s cybersecurity portfolio, which includes Google Cloud Security, ExtraHop and Claroty, with a fully-agentic SecOps offering.
With NIS2 and DORA increasing cybersecurity, incident-response and operational-resilience expectations for covered organizations, the partnership gives regional customers a locally supported path to strengthen security operations with AI while preserving the technology investments already in place.
“Europe is a strategic growth market for TENEX, and strong regional partners are essential to scaling with credibility,” said Piers Morgan, Head of EMEA at TENEX. “ectacom brings the relationships, technical depth and channel focus to expand fully-agentic, human-led security operations across DACH and CEE.”
“Our partners are looking for ways to help customers manage growing alert volumes without replacing the security investments already in place,” said Tomé Spasov, Chief Strategy and Growth Officer at ectacom. “TENEX adds an agentic security operations layer that complements our portfolio and enables resellers and service providers to deliver faster, more consistent outcomes with local technical support.”
