Eric Foster
Eric previously co-founded Cyderes alongside legendary cybersecurity entrepreneur Gary Fish under Fishtech Group, where he served as President. With a cybersecurity career spanning three decades, Eric has been a three-time CISO, an early employee at RiskIQ, and the President of Stairwell.

Edwin Solis
Edwin most recently led Google Cloud’s Security Sales for the Central Region and Latin America. He was part of the pioneering go-to-market team for Google’s Chronicle, emerging from Google X (Moonshot Factory). Edwin previously held sales leadership roles at ProtectWise, Citrix, Dell SonicWALL, Entrust, Websense, and CDW.

Ryan Shreve
Ryan was a founding executive member of Fishtech Group, working alongside Gary Fish. He initially served as Chief Financial Officer and later transitioned to COO of Cyderes following its merger with Robert Herjavec's Herjavec Group. Ryan’s prior experience includes roles as CFO at Firemon and Sunlighten, Controller at Garmin International, and Auditor at Ernst & Young. Most recently, he was Director of Value Creation at Five Elms Capital.

Jan Grzymala-Busse
Jan brings over two decades of experience in cybersecurity, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Prior, Jan led threat hunting at BMO Financial Group, spearheaded security engineering at Cboe Global Markets, and held key cybersecurity and intelligence roles for the Federal Government. His expertise spans enterprise security operations, advanced threat detection, and large-scale security integrations.

Elias “Lou” Manousos
Elias serves as Chairman of the Board for TENEX and as a Venture Partner at Shield Capital. He is the founder of RiskIQ, where he served as CEO through its acquisition by Microsoft. Lou later became Corporate Vice President of Security Products at Microsoft, overseeing the entire security portfolio.
