Mission

The TENEX Customer Advisory Board unites senior security leaders to shape our roadmap, pressure-test our strategy, and exchange unfiltered peer insight, so that TENEX builds the MDR our customers actually need.

What Members Get

Influence Input on what we build We share the bets we’re weighing and hear which ones matter to you. That input reaches the people shaping the roadmap.
Peer intelligence Peer conversations Closed-door roundtables with peers running comparable programs, on problems few people can discuss openly.
Access Time with our leadership Fireside sessions and smaller conversations with the people close to the product.

Two Days

Sunday, Oct 18 Arrive and connect Executive one-on-ones, then a Kansas City Chiefs home game from a private suite.
Monday, Oct 19 The working day Roadmap sessions where members tell us what matters most, member-led roundtables, and executive fireside conversation. Dinner together to close.
Throughout Chatham House rules Closed-door sessions are unattributed. Most of the agenda belongs to member discussion rather than vendor content.

Membership Requirements

The board is small by design. Terms run twelve to eighteen months, and membership carries expectations in both directions.

01 A senior security leader at a TENEX customer Typically a CISO, deputy CISO, or the executive closest to security operations. Seats are generally held by the individual rather than the account.
02 Attend the in-person summits Two summits a year, usually a day and a half to two days. The room tends to work best when it’s largely the same people each time.
03 Join the virtual sessions Two virtual sessions a year, about an hour each, to keep the thread going between summits.
04 Come prepared We send the charter, a draft agenda, and a short questionnaire ahead of time, and invite members to help shape the topics.
05 Speak candidly, and keep the room’s confidence Members agree to Chatham House rules, so what’s said in the room isn’t attributed outside it.
06 What you can expect from us TENEX covers the program. We aim to bring real decisions rather than a pitch, share back what we heard, and factor member input into how we set direction.

RSVP

Tell us a little about your program and we will be in touch about a seat on the board.
